For those of you following my weight loss progress since April 17th., thank you for all the kind words, encouragement and support (my favorite email was the one saying "put down the Hostess Chocolate Cup Cakes now!). The Jorge Cruise Costco 100 group has ended and I am very proud to say, I am down 32 pounds and 12 inches in my mid-section and still counting. What an adventure this has been. Okay, I will admit it - walking by the Hostess section in Walgreen's still throws me into thoughts of yesterday and eating sugar. His book based on the program I have been following will be released in late November or early December, so be sure to look for it.
