EYELASH QUESTIONS:

1. Why does the Eyelash Introductory Kit contain two (2) pair of eyelashes instead of one?

When you are new to wearing eyelashes, it is natural that you will mess up or stretch out the first pair you try to apply. However, if you read and re-read the Lash Works step by step instruction brochure enclosed with your kit, you should have no problems. I designed the kit to contain two pair of eyelashes, so you would not experience frustration and be able to try again.

2. I love the eyelashes I received in my introductory kit, but need to order more than two pair at a time. Is that possible and is there a price break when ordering a larger amount?

We are glad you loved the eyelashes.

Eyelashes may be ordered by individual pair and retail for $7 per pair.You can also order our Baker's Dozen and receive one (1) pair free of charge. That way you will receive 13 pairs of eyelashes and pay for twelve pair.

3. How long may I wear my eyelashes without taking them off?

Your eyelashes should be removed every night before you go to bed. Sleeping in them can cause eye infections and sometimes eye injury if the band lifts and scratches the eye surface. Sleeping in your eyelashes also distorts the shape of the eyelash and they will not fit the contour of your eye, making the fit less secure. So remove your eyelashes each night before bed, clean them, following the directions in your Lash Works Workbook . Replace them on the pink cradle tray, that is where they live when they are not on your eye.

4. After just a few times of wearing them, my eyelashes seem to look clumpy.

The clumps you are seeing are most likely eyelash adhesive, eyeliner and or mascara. When you remove your eyelashes each night, gently peel off any clumps you see. Use the T-pin enclosed with your Lash Works brochure to gently lift the corners of clumps for easy removal.

5. I'm taking chemotherary and have lost my eyelashes. Will your eyelashes work for me?

Our eyelashes are designed to adhere to eye rims that do not have growth-hair, so yes our eyelashes would work for you.

HOWEVER, I do not advise chemotherapy clients to wear eyelashes due to the possibility of infections, allergic reactions to the adhesive or damage to the eye when applying them. You should ALWAYS ask permission from your physician before applying any brand of eyelashes.

6. I have a gluten intolerance disease. Would it be possible to wear your eyelashes?

No, it is not possible (at least from this company). The clear band that the hairs are attach to is made from gluten-based product. ALL eyelashes (no matter what the brand or price point) are made off-shore and guaranteeing you that they were made in a gluten-free environment would be impossible. So please shop carefully.
